Special & Progress Inspections
New Age Engineering PLLC is a certified Special Inspection Agency (Agency#7746) with NYC Department of Buildings. We offer these inspection services for the Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection trades. These inspections ensure that the design intention and code compliance of a project was provided by the contractor performing the work. Our team visually inspects each of project to document compliance with the construction documents and NYC Building Codes. When deficiencies are found, we promptly provide punchlist items for the contractor to complete.
